Everyone can meditate & meditation works for everyone. Just as we have different food, drink & activity preferences though, so too our minds and bodies have different preferences in regards to practicing meditation.

Finding your particular ‘gateways’ into meditation, your gateways into a rest 5x more restorative and healing than sleep, your particular gateways into an abundance of creativity and adaptability, your particular gateways into compassion and kindness, are the primary goal of Anni’s work.

Trained in many modalities, including health sciences enables Anni to find the practice/practices that support your unique circumstances and individuality.

Tuning in to where you are most receptive, allows you to more efficiently, effectively and joyously enter meditation, aka - deepen your connections with self, society & nature, honour desires & dreams, express individuality and healthy boundaries, generate abundance, celebrate intimacy & sensuality, elevate wellbeing and as the name Mama Metta alludes, generate love, compassion and kindness for yourself and others.

ABOUT ANNICA…ANNI…MAMA METTA

Mama - noun

Mother. Someone who kindly and protectively looks after others.

Metta- noun

Loving Kindness, unconditional love.

A Mama, a woman, a human on a mission to spread love and wellbeing. Anni, is passionate about activating joyful and sustainable health, empowerment and peace of mind in every person she works with. Love heals, and as the name Metta Mama suggests, compassion is a huge emphasis of Anni’s work.

Merging wellness modalities with curiosity, love, and kindness, she equips clients with the tools and remembrance to connect to their own innate capacity to heal, reduce stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and trauma.

Anni’s personal history with a debilitating brain tumor diagnosis, PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, through to pregnancy, motherhood and wellness & joy again, has lead her to appreciate the incredible power of the mind and body to grow and heal. Her practices are informed by ancient wisdom, backed by science, and fuelled by spirit.
